1. Who we are

"PeriSlayer," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the team building the PeriSlayer iOS app. You can reach us any time at hello@perislayer.com.

2. What this site is

perislayer.com is a marketing site describing an upcoming iOS app for navigating perimenopause. Right now, the only interactive feature is a waitlist form for early-access notifications. Everything on the site is provided "as is" for informational purposes.

3. The waitlist is non-binding

Joining the waitlist means we'll email you when the iOS app is ready. That's the whole promise. It is not a purchase, a subscription, a reservation of features, or a guarantee of pricing, access, or a launch date. Product scope and timing can change.

4. Not medical advice

PeriSlayer is a wellness companion, not a medical device, and nothing on this site — copy, patterns, symptom examples, or founder anecdotes — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

5. Acceptable use

By using the site you agree not to:

• Submit someone else's email address to the waitlist.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit the waitlist form or scrape the site.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass any security or rate limits.
• Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our brand, copy, product design, or code.

We may remove entries that look like spam or automation and restrict access for anyone who abuses the site.

6. Ownership

The PeriSlayer name, logo, wordmark, product copy, illustrations, and site design are ours. When the iOS app launches, anything you personally log in it will belong to you; we'll explain that in the app's Terms of Service before you sign up.

7. Privacy

We collect only the waitlist email you give us and use it to email you about the launch. We don't sell or share it. For details — including how to have your email deleted — see the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links

The site may link out to Instagram, TikTok, or other services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete at any given moment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PeriSlayer and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as we get closer to launch or as features change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
