About

The women behind PeriSlayer

Hi, I'm Elyse Hamilton, and I built PeriSlayer because perimenopause blindsided me and my doctor shrugged.

Like a lot of women in their 40s, I didn't recognize what was happening. Nobody warns you about the weird stuff: the frozen shoulder, the itchy ears, the 3 a.m. wide-awake rage. When I brought it to my doctor, "I feel off" wasn't data anyone could act on. I got the message so many of us get: this is just life now.

I didn't accept that. I started tracking everything, found the patterns, and walked back into that office with evidence. It changed the conversation. PeriSlayer exists so you can skip straight to that second appointment.

What PeriSlayer is

PeriSlayer is an AI-powered perimenopause pattern engine. You log symptoms in about 15 seconds a day; it connects the dots across sleep, mood, cycles, hot flashes, and the symptoms nobody talks about, then turns them into clear, doctor-ready reports. Around the app is the rest of the movement: the Peri-Pals community, perimenopause-aligned Pilates, mood playlists, and yes, weekly horoscopes, because slaying peri shouldn't feel like homework.

The iOS beta launches soon; Android is next.

How we handle health information

I'm not a doctor, and PeriSlayer is a wellness companion, not a medical device. Every article in our Learn library is written in plain English from published research and lived experience, cites its sources, and tells you when it's time to talk to a clinician. As we grow, clinical advisors will review our content, and we'll name them right here when they do.

Quietly private, always

Your symptom logs are yours. We don't sell data, we don't do creepy tracking, and our analytics can't identify you. For the full picture, read our privacy policy.
